Over the course of the promotional exercises, there were several wonderful performances. Some of our first graders presented a liturgical dance, while our kindergartners carried the rest of the program with their songs, poems, and pledges. It takes courage, confidence, and dedication to stand before an audience and perform so well. We are proud of each student for sharing their talents and helping make the ceremony so special and memorable.

For our final Mindful Moment of the year, we are reflecting on what mindfulness truly means. Students shared the impact of our Climate Specialist, Ms. Nelson, and how her Mindful Moments have taught them how to better control their emotions and bodies. We recapped some of the techniques taught throughout the year, and also shared pictures and videos of our work in the classroom. We hope you enjoyed our Mindful Moments segments this year and practice them during the summer and for years to come! Watch the finale here: https://youtu.be/NyCJ1dmaaYA
