We would like to thank State Superintendent Weaver, Superintendent Dr. Cave, and our school board for making this possible. We appreciate all of the students, teachers, administrators and media for attending this ceremony and celebrating our teachers. They deserve to be honored and have earned this reward!

Nearly $100,000 was awarded to some of our middle and elementary teachers for the academic growth in their students.

Allendale County is a proud Pay for Performance district! Today, State Superintendent Ellen Weaver delivered the Excellence in Teaching Awards to our teachers who qualified.

Thank you to the families of our 8th grade students for your support. Without you, this achievement would not have been possible.

Congratulations to our rising 9th graders on their promotional ceremony. We can't wait to see the next steps of your journey!

The students heard words of encouragement from Superintendent Dr. Cave, Principal Dr. Donna Dandy, and Guest Speaker Alashia Moultrie. There were also several performances by the Allendale-Fairfax Middle School Chorus.

Our 8th grade students graduated in a beautiful ceremony that celebrated this academic milestone.

High school students can make extra cash by working as a Super Tutor over the summer. The only requirements are a 3.0 GPA and good discipline record. Apply now directly at the district office!

As we prepare to say farewell to the Class of 2024, we want to express how proud we are of our graduates. No matter where they may end up, always remember, "Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!"

Our seniors earned thousands of dollars in scholarships that were founded by local and national organizations.

Seniors who participated in Teacher's Cadet, National Honor Society, National BETA Club, and or JROTC were presented gifts on the behalf of the organizations.

Seniors who were completers of CTE programs were honored with cords. We have several programs ranging from Cosmetology, Welding, Construction, and Auto Mechanics. We also had several students who recently graduated from Denmark Technical College.

Today the Class of 2024 held the annual Senior Breakfast where they were showered with gifts, scholarships, and awards.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the AFES Awards Day. A special thanks to Dr. McCullough, Marilyn Davis, Lindsey Johnson, and all the students who helped make this ceremony a success!

Last but not least, the PreK 3 and 4 students also received awards.

Students on Honor Roll were awarded with medals for their academic excellence.
